Except for the direct-election of some judges to the bench in some states, there really is no direct participation by the electorate (general public) in the judicial branch. The only way that the electorate can influence judges who are appointed, is by bringing their concerns (or pressure) to bear on the elected officials who propose and/or vote on the appointed judiciary.
their job is to do right and commit to society. To do this they can be an active voter for execuative, run for office or go to jurry duty for judicial, and they can express their opinion as to what they want for legislative.
The obvious being - the citizens are judged by the judicial branch, - ALSO - in many jurisdictions (but not all) judges are elected by the citizens.
Actually, it doesn't say any specfic qualfications for the judicial branch, but i'm guessing you must be a US citizen, at least 18, and probably something else.
