If you mean an Action Replay code, it is a device that is used to do things you couldn't normally do, like encounter level 1 shiny legendaries. Using an Action Replay kind of defies the purpose of playing a game, since you can do pretty much anything effortlessly. For this reason, I strongly recommend you not to use one.
