If you're thinking of the bran new animated series "Gravity Falls," then congratulations on finding out there was a code! I just recently figured it out.
In the theme song, it whispers "three letters back" at the end, which is the special code.
Then at the ending credits, it shows "ZHOFRPH WR JUDYLWB IDOOV"
What you have to do is take the first letter, (Z) and go back "three letters back" in the alphabet to get the letter. (W)
After you've gone back three letters for each letter in the code, you end up with "WELCOME TO GRAVITY FALLS"
