The Irish code is 00353 and then you drop the first number of the area code/mobile code, which will be a 0
Republic of Ireland: +44 353, then the Irish mobile number minus any leading zero. Northern Ireland: No code needed - same as any other UK mobile number.
The country code for the Republic of Ireland is +353, so you dial your international access prefix (00 from the UK), followed by the country code, followed by the Irish number without the leading 0. If your mobile allows it, you can also store the number in international format, using the code +353 (with the plus sign). The mobile network will then automatically substitute the appropriate prefix.
You would dial 011 353 and then the mobile number or landline number in Ireland, without its first zero.
To call an English mobile that is roaming in another country, dial the English mobile number exactly the same way you would if the mobile were in England. English mobile numbers begin with +44 74 through +44 79. On a GSM mobile, enter the number in international format, beginning with the plus sign. Otherwise, replace the plus sign with your international access prefix (most commonly 00, but many countries use other prefixes. Australia uses 0011 and other prefixes.).
The Irish mobile number will be something like 08X XXX XXXX. You need to dial it in full international format, though, which means: 00 = international access prefix from UK 353 = country code for Ireland 8X = Irish mobile prefix, dropping the leading '0' trunk code XXX XXXX = the rest of the mobile number

Ireland is country code +353. Cork is area code 021, but you drop the zero for international calls. From Barcelona, dial 00 (international access prefix from Spain), country code 353, city code 21, and then the local number (probably 7 digits).
All Northern Ireland mobile numbers start with 07. What you do is dial the international dialling code, which is 0044 and then drop the first zero of the mobile number and then starting with the 7, dial the rest of the number. So if the number was 07999999 then you would dial 0044 7999999.
Dial 00 353 and then the landline with its area code and leaving out the first zero.
