you cant the only way to get a shiny is to -
- trade
- or to put a max repel on and go in some grass and use your pokeradar and if theirs a patch that is twinkling walk onto it and a shiny pokemon will apear.
you can only get a pokeradar if you have defeated the pokemon league and got the national pokedex
also its 0.002% of finding a shiny pokemon in the grass so it isnt worth looking for it i have only found 2 in a life time
their is nothing speical about shiny pokemon exept
- their rare
- their very pretty
shiny pokemon are not stronger then normal pokemon so dont bother
