You cannot, and I repeat, CANNOT find Mew in Pokemon Leaf Green and Fire Red. there is a way to get Mew, and that is via a game shark code, but Mew will not obey if you catch it with a game shark code (So basically just for a pokedex entry). The only way to get a usable Mew is to go to Faraway island in Pokemon Emerald using the Old Sea Chart and/or Gameshark warp codes, and trade from Emerald to Leaf Green
