When it comes to the health of people, it is nearly impossible to come up with a universal truth for every "human". It truly depends on the person. You should consider things like their weight, age, any health conditions they may have, genetic predispositions, their environment, and what they are wearing. For example: a healthy 24 year old male dressed warmly may withstand colder temperatures than a 70 year old female with a previous history of peripheral neuropathy. The best thing to do is not to test what the coldest temperature is that someone may be able to survive; it can lead to hypothermia and other severe complications including death.

According to various websites, including the ones listed, below, the lowest survival human body temperature depends on the individual and how long the body remains at the given, low temperature, which may not have anything to do with the temperature of the surrounding environment (i.e., loss of body heat may be due to internal factors, such as poor nutrition, disease, illness, etc). However, death is likely to occur at a body temperature of about 75 degrees Fahrenheit (i.e., humans have been known to survive lower temperatures, but these are considered exceptions to the rule).
