Its different for everyone. After Rookie locks the vault, go upstairs. Look around the room until you find a couch. Look under it and pick up the floppy disk and the paperclip (you'll need that for later). Then go over to the computer and insert the floppy disk and turn the computer on. Go into the folder called Vault_Combination (or something like that). Remember the combination. Then go downstairs and enter it into the safe.
