The question is very nearly meaningless, because it's hard to compare them.

There are literally dozens of earthquakes every single day, though most of them are too small to even feel.

There are hundreds of tornadoes a year, but each of them affects a fairly small area.

There are only a couple of dozen hurricanes/typhoons per year, many of which drop to being just "tropical storms" by the time they make landfall, but they cover a fairly large area and impact a lot of people.

Floods and drought can impact large areas, or small ones, depending on the exact conditions.

It's really hard to know how to compare those in any reasonable way to decide which is "most common".
