Leo and Leo would make a great match as they will be able to understand each other well, however, Leo and Virgo would also make an interesting match. The Leo man would be able to add creativity and expression to the Virgo's life, and the Virgo could help the Leo with order and analysis. They would work well together on projects, as Leo could give the ideas and Virgo could structure them.
Remember that the sun sign is not everything, and you should look at more signs, such as their moon signs, perhaps ascendants, or even their whole charts.
