The Difference Engine and the Analytical Engine were invented by Charles Babbage, an English mathematician and inventor. The Difference Engine, designed in the early 1820s, aimed to automate the calculation of polynomial functions, while the Analytical Engine, proposed in the 1830s, was a more advanced design capable of performing any calculation and is considered a precursor to modern computers. Babbage's work laid the foundation for computing, although neither engine was completed during his lifetime.
i think you shold go for mtech in machine design it covers all automobile parts design except engine which could be learnt in automobile company very easily.
A complete GM Ecotec engine will weigh about 300 pounds. This of course is the complete engine, down to the bolts and all.
The horsepower equivalent of an engine can vary depending on its design and efficiency, but a rough estimate is that 139 cc typically translates to about 4 to 5 horsepower. This calculation is based on the general rule of thumb that 1 horsepower is roughly equivalent to 15 cc in a small engine. However, for more accurate assessments, specific engine characteristics should be considered.
Nobody, because neither his Difference Engine #1 design nor Analytical Engine design nor improved Difference Engine #2 design were ever built in his lifetime. Two copies of his Difference Engine #2 design were built by the London Science Museum in 2002, 153 years after it was designed. They were used only as museum exhibits.
It is a 4 piston engine design.

Just about to do it. They appear to be at the back of the engine, and the cam box cover complete with the intake maifold has to come off to get at them. Hopeless design, but most Jap transverse engines are like that.
In a 2003 Ford Taurus : From the factory : Either : The 3.0 L , " Vulcan " V6 engine , which is an Over Head Valve / pushrod design engine or The 3.0 L , " Duratec " V6 engine , which is a Dual Over Head Cam design engine
In an automobile engine : Over Head Valve ( its a pushrod design engine )
