This is not quite correct... The structure of teeth is based on a more complicated mineral known as calcium hydroxy apatite whose formula is Ca5(PO4)3(OH).

There is no chemical formula for saliva. This is because it is a mixture of many chemicals. Some compounds that exist in saliva in no particular order are bicarbonate, water, lactoperoxidase, lysozyme, lactoferrin, salivary amylase, lingual lipase, RNase, DNase, Kallikrein, NaCl, ect. drazx is the original author of this answer
