It is Lead Carbonate, but to be more specific, it is Lead (II) Carbonate.

Lead can have a charge of +2 or +4. A carbonate ion has a charge or -2. So, in order for the chemical formula to be PbCO3 the lead ion must have a charge of +2, hence the (II) between the lead and carbonate.
