Detergents have a molecule with two different ends. One end is hydrophilic (water loving) and the other end is hydrophobic (water hating). The water hating end buries it's head in the fat to 'get away' from the water. The water loving end then drags the head surrounded by fats into solution. Repeated action with other molecules eventually gets all the fats into solution.

What is the Bibliography of detergents affect plant growth?

It depends on what kinds of detergents you are using. If you have 100% natural organic detergent, it should have no effect on the plant growth. However, regular detergents have chemicals in them that would kill the nutrients in the soil. If you kill the soil, the plant would basically starve to death and die out.
