This is too complicated to describe on this forum, but there are lots of web pages that describe the 'three-ammeter' method of measuring power, so your best plan is to visit one of those sites.

Why capacitance and dissipation factor tests performed on power transformers?

Measuring capacitance means that we are checking the change to the physical parameters of the transformer. i.e. C=AxDielectric constant/4xdxPie (All these variables are physical parameters) by measuring capacitance we can see the quality or change to the insulation of TR winding. Measuring Dissipation factor means to check the level of contamination and moisture in the insulation ,by def. its a measure of loss rate of energy , in transformer whats that means is the amount of resistive portion of the current in the insulation (Ir). definately if there is no contamination and moisture the surface leakage is purely capacitive. What is the diversity factor of full load transformer?

Diversity factor is the ratio between sum of each individual maximum demand and the total maximum demand. There are several equipment with different connected load and its maximum demand in an industry. Each equipment maximum demand could be different and might occur at different times. A well estimated or measured diversity factor would tell as to what percentage of total maximum load would actually occur. Diversity factor is always less than 1. Diversity factor has to be obtained either by measuring the actual sum of each individual load and maximum demand or estimated and has relation to the transformer full load .

What is displacement factor?

Displacement factor is equal to the power factor for linear loads with sinusoidal voltages and currents.pf = cos (angle1 - angle2)

Abiotic factor

What is the difference between a safety factor and a factor of safety?

Both are meaning the same definition. simply you put factor beyond the safety.
