Yes. Mixing vinegar and baking soda releases carbon dioxide (CO2) gas. If you can add the two together and quickly attach a balloon to the container (and close any other openings), the balloon will inflate with CO2

First you have to get 1\4 cups of vinegar. Then you get 2 tablespoons of baking soda. After that you have mix the vinegar and the baking soda together and use your funnel to pour the mixture in. Ater that you have to get somthing to tie the mouth of the balloon and in seconds the balloon will blow up.

The amont of vinega r you are supposed to use when you are doing this project is 1/4 cups of vinegar. You also put 2 tablespoons of baking soda. Then you mix it up and add the baking soda into the ballon into the funnel.

2.get a plastic cup.

3. Pour vinegar in a plastic cup, then pour baking soda in the same cup you poured the vinegar in.

4. Watch the reaction it will cause .
