This will depend upon the formulation of the Baytril (which is a fluoroquinolone class antibiotic), the health and age of the pug, the location of the infection and the type of infection. Your veterinarian would need to write a prescription for your dog with the correct doseage.
MAKE SURE YOU CONSULT YOUR VETERINARIAN BEFORE YOU GIVE ANY MEDICATION TO YOUR ANIMALS, SOME BREEDS HAVE DIFFRENT REACTIONS TO CERTIN TYPES OF MEDICATIONS!Regular Benadryl (Diphenhydramine) is ok for dogs. The dosage for this would be 2.2mg/kg every 8-12 hours.Example: Your dogs weighs 15lbs1) First you will need to know what your dog weighs in kg. To convert lbs to kg1a) Dogs weight in lbs / 2.2 = Dogs weight in kg1b) 15 lbs / 2.2 = 6.8 kg2) So now that you know your dog weighs 6.8 kg you can figure out how much Diphenhydramine to give them2a) 2.2mg x 6.8 kg = 14.96 or 15mg3) Now you know you can safely give your dog 15mg of Diphenhydramine, but since most of these tabs only come in 25mg strenght you can cut it in half and give them 1/2 of a tab.
If you want to provide 7.5mg per pound to a 10lb dog it will take 1.5 pills per pound. 10lbs x (1.5pills)/lb = 15 pills

Benadryl, or diphenhydramine hydrochloride, when taken by mouth, works within 15 to 60 minutes. When injected through a muscle, it takes 20 to 30 minutes to work. When injected through a vein, it works rapidly. The effects of diphenhydramine hydrochloride work for approximately 4 to 8 hours, regardless of the form in which it is taken.
Depends on the dog, but it would most likely be 15 pounds.

First aid certifications do not allow giving any medications. Acetaminophen is not an emergency drug, and shouldn't be part of any first aid procedure. Also, be careful with dose. The correct dose for acetaminophen is 15 mg/kg. If giving this 500 mg dose to a small child, it can be toxic and cause liver failure.

"Dose" is a measured portion of a medicine. I am not aware that 15 over 4 has anything to do with measured quantities of medication! And, 15 over 4 cannot be reduced."Dose" is a measured portion of a medicine.
