The correct order of 'spark plugs' should be the firing order, which is: 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6. Standing in front of the car, with a transverse engine, the cylinders next to the fire wall are from left to right; 1 ,3 ,5. the cylinders in front from left to right are, 2 ,4 , 6.
For an engine to start it needs spark to the plugs and fuel. Without both it will not start.

In order to change the sparks plugs in a Chevy Express 3500 van, you should first remove the front tires. This will allow you to get to the front six plugs. The doghouse also needs to be pulled in order to get to the last two spark plugs.

The flasher is in the fuse block. The fuse block is under the dash to the right of the steering column. It is a round can and simply plugs in.

The firing order for Chevy Celebrity with the 2.8L engine is: 1-2-3-4-5-6 The 1,3 and 5 spark plugs are in the head on the firewall side of the engine. The 2,4 and 6 spark plugs are in the head you can easily see. The numbers start at the front of the engine, looking over the passenger side fender. I can't post a diagram here, but you can find one in either a factory service manual, Chilton or Haynes manual.
The order is on the stock intake manifold. It is 1,8,4,3,6,5,7,2
