From the chart a weight of 180 pounds would be fine. My 17 year old daughter is 5'9" or 5'10" 135 pounds and a size 6-8, she is perfectly healthy, eats like a horse and has loads of energy. As long as you are happy and healthy and eat properly you shouldn't worry what you weigh.
