The Manhattan Project cost $2,000,000,000 and built 4 devices by the end of the war (Gadget, Little Boy, Fat Man, and an unnamed bomb of the same design as Gadget/Fat Man that was not used because Japan surrendered before it could be shipped overseas); so one could say the early bombs cost roughly $500,000,000 each (including recovery of NRE costs for infrastructure construction and research). Modern mass produced bombs are much cheaper: in the $10,000 to $1,000,000 range depending on design, yield, size, etc.
