The cost of putting animals in a shelter is a heart of hurt and you having to live with you putting an animal somewhere they could possibly get killed i know this may not be the answer you were looking for but that is how i would feel why would you pay to put an animal in a shelter so for you whoever you are that asked this ? i hope you know that you have a sick mind i hope you know that i am highly dissapointed in you and i am only 12 years old so i hope you know your a sick person.
