To Piccadilly Circus it costs £4.20 each way anytime. If you have an oyster card it would be cheaper depending on the time.
London Underground serves Heathrow Airport from three different stations: Heathrow Terminals 1,2,3; Heathrow Terminal 4 and Heathrow Terminal 5. These stations are all on the Piccadilly line which runs through Central London. However, the travel-card does not cover you to travel on Heathrow Express which I believe is what you are referring to.
Piccadilly Line will take you to Terminal 3.
As there are no direct trains from Heathrow to London Waterloo, it's quicker to travel by underground from Heathrow on the Piccadilly Line to Leicester Square Underground Station and then change onto the Northern Line to London Waterloo Railway Station.
The Piccadilly line is the only one that serves Heathrow, so take it to Kings Cross and then change onto the Northern Line (southbound) to London Bridge Station.
You travel from London to Heathrow by rail, taxi or by shuttle.
Take the East Coast main line train to King's Cross, then get the Piccadilly Line train to Heathrow Airport.
By road, use the M4, the M25 and the M1. By flying, catch a flight to East Midlands Airport and catch a bus to Leicester. The best way is to travel on the tube from the appropriate Heathrow Terminal sttion on the Piccadilly line then change at Kings Cross for St Pancras station which serves Leicester.

You can't travel directly from Heathrow to Bristol. The best way is probably to take a bus to Reading and get a train from there or travel into Central London and get a train there.
