There wasn't a Harry Potter sketch on the Amanda Show. However, on the show "All That", (which Amanda Bynes was also part of) there was a reoccurring sketch in seasons 7 and 8 called "Harry Bladder" which was spoofing Harry Potter.
The year needs to be specified, but they have all been featured through the years. If it is the 2011 Late Late Toy Show, according to the Meath Libary website, the Harry Potter book shown was called: Harry Potter: Page to Screen (Hardcover) by Bob McCabe All the books mentioned are listed on the site in related links.

In Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, Harry can be described as curious. He is curious about Malfoy's actions in the Room of Requirements. He is also curious about the memories of Tom Riddle show to him by Dumbledore.
