Why do kids hate school uniforms?
School uniforms are uneccessary. They take away student's ability to be unique. Schools should not make students were uniforms. Recent and past research has proven that reuiring school uniforms reduces stress and social tension. It eliminates the competition for students to fit in by wearing the "right" clothes and shoes. It eliminates the display of gang colors. It helps focus student attention on the important asplects of school in a positive way: learning. No school, public or private, in the US that has gone to a student uniform policy has yet to revert it due to the positive results such policies yield.

This depends strictly on the particular state's laws and court rules, so they have to be checked for the and. A rule of thumb is that all time periods are for calendar days, unless the statute or law reuiring the notice says different. You will find that most time periods include all calendar days except time periods that are very short, like 10 days or so. Whatever statute or rule requires some type of notice will also say how many days notice have to be given and whether it includes holidays or not. Also be aware that even time periods that do not exclude holidays, that is, ones that are all calendar days will sometimes exclude the last day if it falls on a holiday, particularly if something has to be filed in some government office within a certain number of days and the office is closed because the last day is on a holiday.
