I have a set of 6 Franklin Mint gun pocket knives, what are they worth?
mint pocket knife is one of the most rare knives in the world with only 3 in existence, its got a button on the left handle with a spiral monkey face like a donkey with a bum attack in the hospital in an unknown country called bang'goo'rang'naa'two
it's up to you.
It would destroy the collector value however it would still be worth around $10 for its silver value.
Franklin Mint products have little to no collector value, so it's only worth its weight in whatever metal was used to make it.
the profit goes to Franklin Mint. There is very little demand for Franklin items as collector items. Difficult to even re-cupe your investment..............
The value of a Schrade Walden 882Y three-blade stockman knife can vary depending on its condition, age, and rarity. Generally, these knives can range in value from $20 to $100 or more in the collector's market. It's recommended to check online marketplaces or consult with knife collectors for a more accurate valuation.
these almost always sell for less than $10 -- not including shipping
Knife collector "blue" books will be the deciding factors. However, minus any documention of the history of the knife (used by a famous man, for example), the Kabar would most likely have the value of any Kabar knife.
As with all Franklin Mint and other private mint "coins" they have little to no collector value and any value comes from the precious metals used to make the coins. To find out the value one must know the amount of precious metals in the coin (such as silver) then multiply that value in troy ounces by the silver price.
There are many variables in this...condition of knife and especially sheath (leather) if you wish to email me some pics, I will make you an offer asmith1@dadeschools.net I am a high school teacher and collector of WW2/WW1 military items. Thanks artie in miami
