Theoretically, yes. But it's risky. If you were to splice wolf DNA with human it can cause an infection in our body's because the wolfs DNA is a foreign sustenance that the human body may or may not be able to fight off. But if someone were to risk it, it could be done. But I wouldn't recommend it.
