The current model of an atom is called the Bohr model.
The new model of the atom is the Rutherford Atomic Model, also referred to as the nuclear atom, or the planetary model of the atom. It was proposed by Ernest Rutherford.
The first atomic model was formulated for Hydrogen by the Scientist Bohr and hence named after his name as Bohr's Hydrogen atomic model.
wave model or electron cloud model same thing
There are 2 the Bohr model and the electron cloud model
It is called 'Dalton's atomic model' itself. I haven't come across any other specific name for his atomic model.
The Electron Cloud model

The "plum pudding" (as they called it) model suggest's that the electrons were dispersed throughout the atom. Where as the nuclear model has positively charged protons which are present in the center of an atom (called the nucleus)
its was Ernest Rutherford who proposed the planetary atomic model
its called the plum pudding model

J.J Thomson
the plum-pudding model. your welcome cheaters.
Dalton described atoms as solid spheres. Thomson discovered the the atom also contained negatively charged particles called electrons distributed in such a way that the atom had no charge.
