Unless you count the Mongol Empire, China has never been ruled by a foreign power and therefore has no date of independence. China does have a national holiday on October 1st, to celebrate the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949.

However, in 1949 The People's Republic of China was born, and October 1st was declared National Day. Therefore, although China does not have a date marking its original creation, it does have a day of national celebration similar to an independence day.
