An artificially intelligised machine that is set to do a certain job
A robot chassis is the behind of the robot, or rear. (As we are more familiar with it, butt.)
By definition, a robot is a machine and therefore not a living entity.
Humans, by definition, do everything that makes a robot work. A robot cannot build itself, unless we make it capable of such a feat.
Technically, no. It does not fit the criteria of "agency". A very good definition is in the link below.

A gynoid is a human-like robot with a female appearance; the gender opposite of an "android."
The prototype of the robot went wrong. Definition: A first or preliminary model of something
The most obvious difference is that a PC does not move. If you put wheels or legs on a PC, then it is a robot. One very good definition of a robot that might illustrate the difference is in the link below.
It would be a Robot , dancing!!!
*robot sensor* robot arm*robot motor* metal
The question cannot be answered as asked, since building a robot is such a vague description. The definition of a robot can be anything from an automated arm that pushes something when a proximity sensor fires, all the way to something unimaginably complex. As such, the cost can be anything from just a few dollars, up to the costs of whatever hardware you want to put in it.
"/ it would be the robot because the robot IS DOING THE ROBOT the answer is in the question lol your dumb
