An astrophysicist would be somebody involved in the branch of astronomy dealing with physical laws of the universe, and the properties of celestial objects, such as stars, planets, galaxies, etc. Astrophysics encompasses some of the most interesting questions in science; which include the origin and fate of the universe, the properties of dark matter, dark energy, the nature of gravity, time travel, black holes, wormholes, and other phenomena.
While physics could be described as a more general discipline dealing with laws and properties of matter and energy, astrophysics is a more specific field of study dealing with the physics of the universe, stars, galaxies, astronomical phenomena, and so forth.
Rodney Marks (astrophysicist)
Jocelyn Bell Burnell is a astrophysicist.
Some of the major ones are : Astronaut Astrophysicist Astrobiologer Astrogeologist etc.
He considered Pluto to be an icy body and not a planet
This is a person who is mainly studying a branch of physics called Astrophysics. They deal with an analytically model and numerical simulation at work. Due to this being a large branch of physics an astrophysicist will dip their hands in the fields of aerospace engineering, mechanics, electromagnetism, statistical mechanics, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, relativity, nuclear and particle physics, and atomic and molecular physics To explain it in an easy statement its a person who studies the physics of stellar phenomena. Note: 'Astronomer' and 'Astrophysicist' can be used, pretty much, interchangeably.

astrophysicist and work for NASA!

I think it might be an astrophysicist because whenever you the behavior of something, your studying physics, and that is what an astrophysicist studies, the physics of space.
