There are four deserts that enter Arizona:
Mojave Desert
Sonoran Desert
Chihuahuan Desert
Colorado Plateau Desert
The Colorado Plateau Desert covers the greatest area in Arizona. It covers, essentially, the entire northwestern quarter of the state.
The Sonoran Desert covers much of southwestern Arizona.

Arizona desert
The Sonoran Desert is located in southwestern Arizona and northwestern Mexico.
The Sonoran Desert covers much of southwestern Arizona while the Chihuahuan covers the southeast and the Mojave the west central. The Colorado Plateau Desert covers the northeast in the Four Corners region.
I think it's the Sonora.
The Mojave Desert covers parts of California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah.
The Sonoran desert
The Chihuahuan Desert covers parts of Arizona, New Mexico and Texas as well as a large area of central Mexico.
The Arabian Desert covers most of Saudi Arabia.
The Sonoran Desert covers much of Arizona and extends into parts of New Mexico. It is known for its unique plant and animal life, including saguaro cactus and javelinas.
The Kalahari Desert covers most of Botswana.
