The only difference are the nose pads. The nose pads installed are thicker so they sit higher on Asian faces. If the wearer doesn't have the prominent nose bridge, the frame will be resting on the cheeks and not on the nose. Everything else is the same with regular fit Jawbones.
If sunglasses tend to sit too low on your face or slide down your nose, touch at your temples or cheeks, or feel narrow at the sides of your head, get the Oakley Asian Fit sunglasses.
The nose piece. It's the only thing that is different (according to Oakley, as well as careful inspection by myself). The nose pieces are all the same depth, but if you look closely it's noticeably thicker.
A smaller size and shorter lenses.(just a guess) also maybe a lens thats less vertical more horizontal. I wouldn't buy Asian fit because regular oakleys are fine.
As far as I've been told, YES. They are the same frames with different nose pieces (nose bombs). The Asian fit frame is the exact same frame but has bigger nose pads that elevate the glasses off the face more effectively on the Asian face. You may want to call Oakley and confirm this though. In the Asian fit line, some frames are completely different while others are the same and only the nose pads have been changed. For example, the straight jacket Asian fit frame are the same as the regular ones, and only the nose pieces are different (thicker).

NO! The shape of the lenses are slightly different and are designed to fit with a specific frame. This is also why the standard half and flak jacket lenses do not fit the Asian fit models which have slightly modified frames.
No, they are different shapes and are not interchangeable.

No it cannot, the Half Jacket's earsocks are too large.
