Car 145 revision 0 was initially based on jar145 requirement in which a lot of deficiencies was, but after initial issue of car 145, Easa had released its part 145 which supersedes jar145. Therefore to harmonize with international requirement DGCA revised car145 with revision 1 on 28 Feb 2008. In which no. Of requirement added like facility, accountable manager, make moe, etc. to get initial approval or to continue approval for organisation engaged in maintenance of heavy aircraft's (5700kg) or commercial a/c`s.
