There no difference in HR and PR after recession in 2010, when profit making is the motive of a business which is the goal of every division. The HR and PR has no differece. there is cost cutting and contract staffing to the extend of 3rd party contract,RPO functions creeping into how can we expect good HR polocies in any company. All the companies which talk about HR Policies are faking big time. The modern day HR policies are treating Human worst than slaves.
i think there is no big difference both of them are having knowledge of hr the only problem that the pple confuse is that personnel instead of hr but actually there is no big difference
