The only difference between the adult and child editions of the Harry Potter books are the covers. The adult's versions generally have darker more mature covers than the bright colourful children's editions. The actual text remains unchanged.

No. She has only written books in and related to Harry Potter. Harry Potter appeals to adults anyway though, and a large majority of Harry Potter fans are teenagers and adults. It doesn't mean, however that she can't write an adult book in the future.

The kids covers show cartoons and the adults covers are more like photographs. For example, the Deathly Hallows kids cover shows Ron, Hermione and Harry surrounded by jewels from Gringotts. However, the adults cover shows Slytherin's Locket.
There are no adult versions of Harry Potter, there is only one, and it is for children, teens, young adults, and adults. The Deathly Hallows is yet to be printed in paperback as of June 18th, 2009
