Chemical activity is simply a chemical reaction, while radioactive decay is not a reaction it happens within an atom though: alpha decay, neutron decay, beta minus decay, positron decay, electron capture, isomerical transition, spontanium fission, or proton decay. Proton decay is theoretical and has never been observed.
