A cluster bomb is a bomb that splits in midair and release tens of other smaller bombs; it's basically a bombshell that opens up and throws dozens of smaller bombs down.

Whilst, a daisy bomb is the BLU-82 bomb, also known as the Daisy Cutter, is basically tons of explosive material jammed into a bombshell, which does not split apart but instead just explodes into a big red boom.
