Canaries are a type of finch (family Fringillidae). Parakeets are small parrots (family Psittacidae). They are not very closely related. Think of it like the difference between cats (famile Felidae) and dogs (family Canidae). You wouldn't mistake a tiger for a fox, but many people have difficulty understanding the differences between different taxonomic families of birds
canaries sing, parakeets chirp, chatter and whistle. YOUR CHOICE DUDE
Your bird is giving the bird in the mirror little love head butts. If you see a parakeet with another one, they will do the same thing in real life. Will start softly talking or singing in that little parakeet way and then head snuggle with the other bird & possibly groom their head too. Your bird is just doing what he or she can with the bird in the mirror, just a love thing, little love head butts.
I think so- I have a love bird and I see that it will mate with any other bird -parakeet included. However I am not sure if they will lay eggs or if the eggs laid will be fertilized. The genome differrence of the two should be considered and may be that will provide the right answer
Family can be love and love can be family. There is no distinct difference between them.
No there is no difference I love you means love & I am in love with you means love only the difference is way of expression.
love
Build them a playground near their cage. Mine love the bird bath with their veggies in it. Check you tube for more ideas.
absolutely. its not going to make a difference what kind of seed you use...
There is no difference between the phrase loads of love and the phrase lots of love. They both have the meaning to give an enormous amount of love.
Well parakeets need to be out of their cage for t least an hour a day, you can have it out longer but if your bird is one that does not like to be messed with I would suggest letting it on top of the cage and carring it just occasionaly.
love
