All cents minted since 1857 have been the same diameter, 19mm. There is no such thing as a "small Lincoln cent"

There are a number of companies that make and sell miniature copies of coins as "collectibles". If your coin is smaller than 19mm across, you have one of these novelty items and not a real coin.
