Vultures are often much larger and darker than hawks are, with a bald (featherless) head. They are not hunters like hawks are, but scavengers, often found circling above a dead or dying animal. Hawks are smaller, built to not only glide and soar like vultures (vultures prefer to soar without flapping much over most hawks), but dive-bomb and fly fast speeds in pursuit of prey such as rodents and birds.
Vultures soar with their wings in a V formation, whereas when eagles soar, their wings form a perfect line straight across, like with most smaller airplanes (like a Cessna, for instance). Vultures heads are featherless, whereas eagles are not; Bald eagles have a white head and tail, golden eagles are brown throughout.
Just the name. What people call buzzards would be called vultures by others.

The difference between the turkey and the turkey crown lies on the wings. The turkey crown refers to the breasts of a bird cut together without the wings taken off while a turkey crown has the breast bone left in it so that it holds its shape.

The same difference as the temperature of the turkey in the oven and the weight of that turkey. They aren't even in the same units.
Actually, it is buzzard poo that is hardened and acts as a barrier between all of the various nasty stuff that buzzards stand in and their ugly little buzzard skin.
