Butter cookies are a simple, must-have Greek dessert. Beat one cup sugar with one cup butter, add one egg and two doses of vanilla, and beat until the mixture turns white, then add two and a half cups flour. Wrap the dough in cellophane and place in the fridge for thirty minutes. Roll out the dough and then cut with a cookie cutter. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for ten minutes.
Beat the eggs until mixed and depending on how thick the batter or dough is either use a mixer or work it in with your hands. It should be alright.
If you beat your fish, it dies. (it's a joke, for those who didn't get it originally)
