  • All humans will have to deal with people in life they do not like and it is a better person of character that can be polite to that person to a point, but keep the conversation short or, if you have to work with that person keep questions or any communication to a minimum. One is two-faced when they are just are polite, but they are overly nice; perhaps may ask the person to have lunch with them and then talk behind their backs to others.
