Because the enforcer makes you feel like a tank, it is bigger, fatter, redder, and better! You get it as a drop in crash site when you kill the Mrith man, Rustbucket you get by completing the quests of the rustbucket trainer in crashsite and it it is skinner, looks like a brown robot, and doesnt show your facical expression. Rust bucket and Enforcer both have 4 same attacks and one different attack. END! baTTLE ON!
