Your question isn't really a question, it is a statement of personal belief masquerading as a question. why do people cling to the ignorant and totally erroneous concept that there are no gods? It is ignorant only to those who actually do not know (the definition of ignorance) but to those people they do 'know' so therefore their belief is not ignorant. Erroneous? from your perception it is, from theirs, not. As science, man or any other 'proveable' procedure can either prove, or disprove, the existence of a god or gods this then removes description 'erroneouse' as this can only be factually used if the non-existence is proven to be factual. Full answer, it makes them happy and causes no harm to others - it is the people who deny their right to believe to start wars and cause harm. Which one are you?
