There is no difference. They are just different ways of saying the same thing. I hope this helps :)
Warm led is about 3000K and cold led is 5000-6000K
Nothing. An led is a solid state device.
Halogen light glows and LED is dull.

The difference between led hdtv and lcd hdtv is that the led uses led lighting instead of lcd lighting that's used in computers and cell phones. the lcd hdtv is the oldest model and the led is the newest. With the led the picture is clearer.
There's not much of a difference, the quality really depends on the brand. The biggest difference between LED and LCD is that LCD has fluorescent lamps in it and LED has LED lights in the back of the screen.
lcd having more life then led.
I am not sure. But what I know is that LED or LED lampen is an example of an energy saver lamp.
They both only allow current in one direction, but the LED emits light when current is flowing.
LCD stands for Liquid Crystal Display in which each segment that turns on actually turns black when electricty is applied to that segment. When the power is applied to it the liquid polarizes lining up the molecules and actually blocking the light going through it which is why you would need a light source behind it to see it operate. When the power is turned off to that segment the liquid unpolarizes and lets light through and has the illusion of disappearing. On the other hand the bar graph display operates on a different principle by using LEDS (Light Emitting Diodes) which may be arranged as a row of rectangles is actually a type of semiconductor similar to a transistor. When power is applied to a LED the phosphor in the substrate gives off light. An LCD display can also be shown as a bar graph but each segment will appear black as each segment is activated.
