Fabric is made up twisted fibers... In the dryer those fibers untwist. Air flows though the dryer and there is a mesh screen (Lint Trap)Those loose fibers collect in the lint trap. The fiber wants to stick together. This clump is lint.
Lint
Lint is the accumulation of fibers that slough off clothing, linens and other textiles. When these fibers collect in clothes dryers, the majority of the time the resulting wad of fluff has a bluish-gray tint
fibers break down. that's why there are lint traps in dryers.
A lint brush is used to remove hairs and fibers off of clothing and furniture. To use a lint brush, a person just needs to roll the brush over the clothing or furniture.
Give them afew minutes in a tumble dryer, having first cleaned the lint filter
That's what is called lint. Basically, the fibers from the threads come loose from use and protrude out of the fabric. Then during washing (from all the whirling and rubbing against other clothing), they form balls of lint. Also common in woolen coats, etc. This won't happen in synthetic fibers such as nylon because there the threads are made of thicker long single fibers rather than cotton threads, which is basically a spun bundle of fine short cotton fibers.
The proper noun Foz is used for a race car maker. The similar common word is "fuzz" (loose or hanging fibers, or lint).
Synthetic fibres are used in place of cotton mainly for more of a variety in material such as clothing. These fibres include lint.
brushed cotton is cotton fabric that is brushed to remove all excess lint and fibers from the fabric, leaving an ultra soft, smooth finish.
The difference is in your vocabulary. Cotton exists in many forms, from the raw botanical lint inside the boll to fine cotton thread or yarn. Cotton knit is simply one form of cotton that has been processed by knitting.
