-- Magnetism only affects certain materials. Gravity affects all materials.
-- Magnetism can repel or attract. Gravity only attracts.
-- There are two kinds of magnetic characteristics. Each end of a magnetized object has one of them.
There is only one kind of gravitational characteristic. Every bit of mass has it.
Gravity and magnetism are not the same thing. In fact, they are completely separate forces. Gravity is a force that acts between any two objects with mass. No matter what they are made of, both objects get pulled towards each other just because they have mass.
gravity is a one way thing, whereas magnetism is far more complex
Magnetism is inclusive of electromagnetism. There is no difference. One can include curent flow, and one requires current flow.
Not magnetism, gravity.
GRAVITY!
No.
a Temporary Magnet lose its magnetism quickly, a Permanent Magnet is hard and it keeps it magnetism
Gravity is the force pulling objects down to the ground and magnetism is a force that pulls things with the opposite pull towards itself.
Quite simply, magnetism is stronger than gravity. In order to see a gravitational attractment you need a big difference in the force while magnetism all you need is opposite poles to attract each other. Imagine the difference between the whole earth and a small pebble. That's the difference you need in-order to achieve gravitational attractment.
The force of Gravity. I thought it was magnetism
Gravity and magnetism are not inventions, they are natural phenomena.
Gravity, magnetism, and electrostatic.
No. No connection between the two has been found yet.
The difference between electricity and magnetism is that you must be in the same frame of reference as the electric field to experience electricity, because all that magnetism is, is electricity moving relative to you.Although they are two different forms of energy, you can use magnetism to create electricity and you can use magnetism to create electricity.Electricity is the flow of energy or current through a metallic substance. Magnetism is the attraction of the metallic molecules in a solid or substance.
'Gravictism'? (Formed from Gravity, Friction and Magnetism)
The force of attraction between two bodies is gravity. Or, magnetism...
Magnetism is inclusive of electromagnetism. There is no difference. One can include curent flow, and one requires current flow.
Not magnetism, gravity.
Gravity. Magnetism is a fairly short-range force, but gravity goes on forever.
