Cloudburst is a form of precipitation along with the hailstones. Sometimes, the strong winds blowing upwards push the down pouring raindrops in the reverse direction, that is, towards the clouds. In this process, the raindrops change into hailstones and the clouds become heavier. These hailstones are so heavy that the upward winds cannot hold their weight. This results in a sudden heavy downpour along with the large hailstones. This is known as the cloudburst. Cloudburst is mostly seen in mountainous regions. In India, you can find such cloudbursts occur often in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. All heavy rains are not necessarily cloudbursts.
when normal rainfall increases suddenly and continue for several days , it is known as break or burst of monsoon
Cloud bursts are a result of sudden collisions of two or more clouds. It results in a very heavy rain fall sort of thing (its called so because the rainfall is not expected at that moment.).
It happens when rivers burst their banks because of excessive rainfall. The Severn (U.K.) burst its banks BADLY in 2007, and the Amazon does is anually.
There is no satisfactory technique for anticipating the occurrence of cloud bursts because of their small scale. A very fine net work of radars is required to be able to detect the likelihood of a cloud burst and this would be prohibitively expensive. Only the areas likely to receive heavy rainfall can be identified on a short range scale. Much of the damage can be avoided by way of identifying the areas and the meteorological situations that favour the occurrence of cloud bursts.
Cloud bursts can cause flooding.
Burst of monsoons: the phenomena when the normal rainfall increases suddenly and continues constantly for several days are known as burst of the monsoons. Break in monsoons: Monsoons are interspersed with rainless intervals which are related to the movement of the monsoon trough. These wet and dry spells in the monsoons are known as break in monsoons.

The duration of the monsoon is between 100-120 days from early june to mid-september . around the time of its arrival ,the normal rainfall increase suddenly and continues constantly for several days. this isknown as the burst of the monsoon , and can be distinguished from the pre-monsoon showers.

A stroke occurs when blood flow to the brain is disrupted, leading to cell death. A subdural hematoma, on the other hand, is a collection of blood between the brain and its outermost covering (the dura mater), often caused by head trauma. Both can lead to neurological symptoms, but a stroke is due to a blood vessel blockage or rupture in the brain, while a subdural hematoma is blood collecting outside the brain tissue.
It will be the same pressure that burst the silicon radiator hose whether you use water or air to burst it. The difference is probably the hose is designed for use with pressured water or use with compressed air.
because there was heavy rainfall and the water burst it's banks
because of the constant water hitting it until it expands then burst.

Water expands when turning to ice (which is why water pipes can burst in winter). So the difference is in volume (size).
Working pressure refers to the maximum safe *operating* pressure. Burst pressure refers to the actual point at which the vessel containing said pressure will fail. Operating pressures normally have a "buffer zone" between itself and burst pressure, to insure no sudden spikes or variations cause failure leading to injury.
