Primary Care Paramedic: Full Time will make $60 000 - $75 000 a year with all the benefits and such. An Advanced Care Paramedic: will be making from $80 000 - $90 000 yearly. I know there is none in Peel Region, but a Critical Care Paramedic (There are only 45 of them in Ontario) will be making $100 000 or more a year Either way you are making a great stable salary, now take into consideration how much more will be earned with over time and the more experience you acquire.
