i assume you mean solid. Solid particles are closer packed together, where liquid particles are less closely packed together. Solids, apart from rice and sand, cannot be poured and apart from sponge cannot be squeezed. Liquids can be poured but are not easily compressed

What is the key difference between a liquid in a gas?

The key difference between a liquid and a gas is their molecular arrangement. In a liquid, the molecules are loosely packed and have some degree of attraction between them, allowing the liquid to maintain a fixed volume but take the shape of its container. In a gas, the molecules are far apart and have very weak interactions, leading to the gas expanding to fill its entire container.

What are the difference between freezing point and boiling point?

The freezing point is the temperature at which a liquid turns into a solid, while the boiling point is the temperature at which a liquid turns into a gas. The freezing point is typically lower than the boiling point for a substance.

When was liquid detergent invented?

In 1933, this discovery was introduced in a detergent called dreft but it could only handle lightly soiled jobs. The next goal was to create a detergent that could clean heavily soiled clothes. That detergent was Tide®.

What is the difference between the states of matter?

The main difference between the states of matter (solid, liquid, gas) lies in how the particles are arranged and how they move. In a solid, particles are tightly packed and vibrate in place. In a liquid, particles are close together but can move past each other. In a gas, particles are far apart and move freely.

What is the main difference between the gas water vapor and the liquid water?

The main difference between gas water vapor and liquid water is their physical state. Water vapor is the gaseous form of water that is invisible, while liquid water is the condensed form of water that is visible and flows freely. Water vapor has higher energy and moves more freely compared to liquid water, which has a fixed volume and shape.
